Plagiarism Screening Policy
Indonesian Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity. To ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts, the journal implements a rigorous plagiarism screening process using Turnitin as its primary plagiarism detection tool.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening for similarity before being sent for peer review. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 25%, excluding references and commonly used technical terms. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned to the authors for revision or may be rejected outright if significant plagiarism is detected.
Authors are encouraged to properly cite sources and ensure their work is free from any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. The editorial team reserves the right to conduct additional checks as needed and take necessary actions in cases of detected academic misconduct.
By adhering to this policy, the Indonesian Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics is committed to promoting ethical research and academic integrity in computational and applied mathematics.
